SINGLE EVENT RATES:
NON-MEMBERS:
Rentals between 4 and 8 hours : $225.00 (includes use of kitchen and cleaning fee). If more than 8 hrs, an additional $25 per hour will be charged. (please note that premises and grounds must be cleared and vacated no later than 1:00 am)
Prior access for set-up (depending on availability of hall): $60.00
Security Deposit: $150.00
Rentals of less than 4 hours: $25.00 per hour plus an additional $60 if kitchen is needed.
MEMBERS IN GOOD STANDING*:
$25.00 flat rate for private events (ie birthday parties, receptions etc.)
Use of kitchen will be an additional $50.00.
For any other event, please contact the Association. Please note that members may not rent on behalf of non-members.

ON-GOING RENTALS: If you would like to rent our hall for classes or other on-going events, please contact the Association at sca@shirleycommunity.org
